Okay so you got this page, what it means is one of the following happened:
A) You exceeded your daily download allowance of 500MB.
B) You entered a wrong/mistyped login up to five times.
These are the solutions:
A) If you review your downloaded files you should be able to easily tell how much content you downloaded for the day. If you indeed exceeded 500MB you will be able to login back into the site in at least 24 hours. Depending on the amount of bandwidth use it might take longer than 24 hrs. We remind you that repeated blockages due to excess downloads will get you blocked no matter what and after the third ocurrance this will be treated as fraud/abuse and you will get yourself blocked permanently. Of course, NO refunds possible. The use of special downloading software is strictly prohibited. Check our TOC Section 6 for more information.
B) Please wait 2 hours and re-enter it again making sure you are not typing it but just copy-pasting the login combination sent to you on the sign up email (make sure you delete your history and temporary internet files before retrying again).
BEFORE CONTACTING US PLEASE REMEMBER THIS BANDWIDTH POLICY IS CLEARLY EXPLAINED IN THE TOC THAT YOU AGREED TO THE MOMENT YOU SIGNED UP. (go to the JOIN page and look at the direct link and text shown there)
WE HAVE BEEN AWARE SOME CUSTOMERS INNOCENTLY THINK VIEWING OR PLAYING VIDEO FILES ONLINE IS NOT THE SAME AS DOING A MANUAL DOWNLOAD. THIS IS TOTALLY UNTRUE AS BOTH METHODS CONSUME THE SAME SERVER BANDWIDTH AND WHAT PLAYING OR VIEWING VIDEOS ONLINE DOES IS TEMPORARILY DOWNLOAD THE FILES TO YOUR BROWSER'S CACHE MEMORY (your hard disk drive in other words) EVEN IF YOU GET THE FEELING YOU ARE NOT DOWNLOADING ANYTHING.
Needless to say, this also counts on your daily quota of 500MegaBytes so please keep that in mind =)
